This proposal proposes a building for the use of a cultural complex, with the intention of generating open public spaces, responding to the urban context of the plot, aimed at revitalizing the sector with neighborhood parks and the civic square where recreational activities can be carried out for the community. community, from culture.

It is sought that the building provides the user with a pleasant experience, and that in turn allows an internal order, using ventilation and natural lighting for energy efficiency and proper functioning of the same.

The location of the civic square is proposed in the center of the plot, this being an important point spatially, to the north of the square we find the community infocenter, which in turn has the neighborhood park to the north, which will be combined  with the existing public space.  To the east of the civic square, we find the municipal library, and finally the theater and concert hall, between the two is the rental area.

Starting from an orthogonal geometry, creating terraces on the different levels of the complex, providing users with outdoor spaces where they can carry out different activities, something that today, after the pandemic, is highly valued, using voids inside the volumes, which will provide natural lighting and a pleasant spatiality, through which the internal vegetation will rise from the access level of each use of the complex.
